- Problem entries flagged automatically
- Approve one entry or the whole period
- Lock before export if employees can add entriesA lock is required before export when employees can add their own timesheet entries. It stops new manual entries, not clock punches. Managers can still review and edit. Otherwise, an open period can be exported.
Check the hours behind the total.
Open an employee's timesheet to see their start and finish times, breaks, and daily hours. Correct an entry if needed, then approve entries individually or together.
- Start, finish and worked hours for each entry
- Edit, add or delete any entry
- Missing clock-outs called out inline
- Approve all in a single tap

Clocking in
takes a tap.
Your team clocks in with a PIN on a shared device or through their own phone. STAMP records their hours for you to review and approve.
A shared device
or their own phone.
On a shared device, employees enter their PIN before clocking in. On their own phone, they are already signed in. Their hours go straight into their timesheets. You can enable photo capture at clock-in and clock-out, and GPS checks if needed.
- Shared-device kiosk with big touch targets
- Optional photo checks
- Live clock in / out, or type hours by hand
- Optional GPS checks and entry notes
You provide the devices. Any phone or tablet running iOS 15.1 or Android 7.0 will do, including a second-hand one kept at the door. What you need →

- Employee timesheet access can be turned off
- Daily hours and approval status
- Clocked hours recorded automatically
Every shift, start to finish.
When timesheet access is enabled, employees can tap a day to see their shift, breaks, and clock-in to clock-out timeline. You control whether they can view these details.
- Clock-in → clock-out timeline per day
- Breaks and net worked split out
- Gross total for the day
- Daily hours added up automatically
